At age 10 I had a paper route, back when kids could get them, I took 10 people and turned them into a little over 100 people that I delivered to. I had two other kids that worked for me eventually. I would give them 1/2 the tips from the people they delivered to. We all made good money for 10 years old.
Anyone that says a 10 or 13 year old does not understand the world is wrong. It is quite easy. What is hard to understand is how someone would rather live in squalor collecting welfare than work somewhere and have a chance to advance.
Keep with what you are doing with your life. Just don't forget to sometimes be a 13 year old and enjoy being a kid.
